Xmas at this hotel was a memorable experience, with plenty of positive aspects to highlight. the location of this resort is truly amazing, nestled in the midst of lush jungle full of beautiful birds and squirrels. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us out with anything we needed.

the only small downside was that the mattress in our room was not the most comfortable we've ever slept on.
